NEVERMORE vocalist, Warrel Dane, shed some light on the recording progress of their new album, Enemies of Reality, which is slated for a July release:

“I got main vocals done for 2 more songs… ‘Create The Infinite’ and ‘I, Voyager’. I think you will all find some of the lyrics to these songs a bit fucked up and twisted, but do you expect less? I know you’ve all heard many different song titles but I always change lyrics right up until the actual recording of the vocals if needed. I’m going to try in the coming week to give you more info…but with work schedules it’s hard to do the updates as much as I would like to. One thing I would like to say is that we should all go to www.bobdylan.com and read the lyrics to the song ‘Masters Of War.’”

On the live front, the band are confirmed to play a bevy of festivals: the New England Metal & Hardcore Festival the weekend of May 16th and 17th; the Rock Hard Festival in Gelsenkirchen, Germany the weekend of June 7th and 8th; and the first annual Brave Words & Bloody Knuckles’ 6-Pack Weekend festival at The Odeon in Cleveland, Ohio the weekend of June 13th and 14th, where they plan to debut songs from the new album.
