Underground warriors who are into the Asian underground are familiar with the Korean legends, SAD LEGEND. Their unique style of melodic black/death metal is a combination of early 90’s melodic Swedish black/death metal and Korean folk music. Highly recommended music. We’ll cover them in more depth at a later time.
Check out this live performance of “Han” on Korean television on September 15, 2009. Drummer/mainman Naamah is dressed more like he’s on a tropical vacation than performing at a metal show. Haha. Also, it’s pretty cool to see “non-metal looking” people enjoy this.
