CATTLE DECAPITATION are busy workin on their follow-up to last year’s To Serve Man album, which was their first for Metal Blade Records. The new album, tentatively titled Humanure, will include songs such as “Anthropophagic Copromantik”, “Humanure”, “Lips And Assholes”, “Reduced To Paste”, and the self-described “squirm in your pants/feel like shit hit of the summer,” “The Earthling”. Vocalist Travis Ryan had this to say about the new album:

“So far we have 4 songs for the next album. They’re very melodic, more like he song ‘Chunk Blower’ [from To Serve Man], still retaining the intensity one should expect from us. Lyrically, the songs are more sick and depraved than before. It’s very ‘out there’, very nihilistic, pessimistic and gory detailed oriented. We should be ready to record by the end of summer for a fall/winter release. Right now we’re pretty much just writing and waiting for another tour before recording. I’m very happy with the new songs! It’s an awesome direction we’re heading.”
