Billboard Magazine has reported that Dave Grohl will play drums on the forthcomoing KILLING JOKE album, Axis of Evil. The FOO FIGHTERS frontman hooked up with KILLING JOKE’s Jaz Coleman earlier this year when the FOO FIGHTERS played the Big Day Out show in Auckland, New Zealand. Coleman joined the band onstage for a rendition of the KILLING JOKE classic, “Requiem”.
Dave Grohl also played drums on QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE’s latest album, Songs for the Deaf. While he toured with the QUEENS for a short stint, there are currently no plans for him to tour with KILLING JOKE.
