BORKNAGAR has announced that former vocalist ICS Vortex has returned to the band as bassist/vocalist. He will be sharing vocal duties with vocalist Vintersorg. The band plan to headline this year’s Inferno Festival in Norway, which was founded by BORKNAGAR guitarist, Jens Ryland.
