Lifeforce Records are proud to announce their two latest signings, CIPHER-SYSTEM and BY NIGHT. Both bands are from Sweden. The first release on Lifeforce will be a split CD with both acts in spring 2004 as an introduction followed by there debut albums later the next year.

CIPHER SYSTEM is a six member progressive metal machine from Sweden. They have played together for about 6 years, but the current line-up have only been stabile for about one year when the last recruited member joined. The music is a fresh mix between melodic and progressive metal band as: SOILWORK, CHILDREN OF BODOM and EVERGREY. Check an mp3 of “In Perfection” here.

BY NIGHT is best described as heavy, fast hardcore-influenced extreme metal. You can download their mp3, “Lamentation,” at this location.
