BLACK SABBATH have officially been added to headline this summer’s Ozzfest tour marking their first live appearance since 2001. Original members Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, and Geezer Butler will partake with Ozzy Osbourne solo-band member, Mike Bordin, on drums. Their appearance supports the upcoming release (April 27th) of Black Box: The Complete Original Black Sabbath (1970-1978), an eight-CD and one-DVD box set.
Ozzfest 2004 already features a buzz worthy line-up of JUDAS PRIEST, SLAYER, DIMMU BORGIR, SUPERJOINT RITUAL, and BLACK LABEL SOCIETY alongside second stage acts SLIPKNOT, HATEBREED, LAMB OF GOD, and a host of rotating acts.
