REMEMBERING NEVER have announced the first of many headlining tours to come in 2006, this one to be supported by RAMALLAH, DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR, and SUFFOCATE FASTER. Fun fall, the shows will not only be entertaining to the audience as REMEMBERING NEVER, vocalist, Mean Pete says “I can’t wait to see RAMALLAH every night.” Tour dates can be found here.
The band is poised to release their new album, God Save Us, to be released on Ferret Music on February 6th. The record promises to be the heaviest sounding to date, while balancing out personal lyrics with the world views of the band. An example of this is in the song, “The Goddam Busy Signal,” which deals with gay rights for marriage, and “Selma,” which utilizes the main character in the movie Dancer in the Dark to speak of the strength of a woman, which are two topics not usually addressed in hardcore.
