Due to manufacturing delays, the release date for the American pressing of THE HELLACOPTERS’ acclaimed new album, Rock & Roll Is Dead, has been pushed back two weeks to Feb. 7. It will still contain two bonus tracks not included on any other version of the recording, as well as bonus video clips for the singles “Everything’s On T.V.” and “I’m In The Band.”

In other HELLACOPTERS news, they has once again been nominated for a Swedish Grammy award, this time for Best Rock Group of the Year. They’ll compete against KENT, THE CARDIGANS, THE SOUNDTRACK TO OUR LIVES and THE ARK. The Swedish Grammy ceremony will take place in Stockholm, also on Feb. 7.

Expect an announcement soon regarding the group’s first American tour in four years.
