Norway’s ULVER performed live this past weekend for the first time in 15 years. The eclectic band who have dabbled in everything from black metal to electronic to ambient/experiemental to art rock played at the Norwegian Festival of Literature at Maihaugsalen in Lillehammer, Norway on Saturday, May 30th.

ULVER provided a brief statement on the decision to return to the stage: “Last year Mr. Stig Sæterbakken approached us with an offer to play live at the Norwegian Festival of Literature, and after long consideration we have decided to accept the invitation. We go to the job with great humility and horror.”
